Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible.

 

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour start time will receive a full refund.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time will receive a 50% refund.

 

Date and time changes: we are happy to reschedule your tour at no extra charge, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible so we can find a new time that works for you.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
