Service Description
Private transportation — a direct ride between two points, with a local driver. No tour stops, just a comfortable, reliable transfer. The $50 flat per ride covers one ride between Honolulu Airport (HNL), Waikiki and the cruise port, for a group of up to 4 people — not per person. Included in the price: • Private vehicle and driver • Pickup and drop-off at the location of your choice — hotel, airport, cruise port or vacation rental • Help with your luggage — it stays safely in the vehicle • If your flight or ship is delayed, we adjust your pickup time • Car seats and booster seats available on advance request Optional add-on: fresh flower lei greeting at airport pickups — $20 per person. Need a ride somewhere else on Oʻahu — Pearl Harbor, an attraction, a luau? We can drive you there and back too; contact us for a quote based on your destination.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. * Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour start time will receive a full refund. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time will receive a 50% refund. * Date and time changes: we are happy to reschedule your tour at no extra charge, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible so we can find a new time that works for you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
